Love Where You Live Realty is owned by Managing Broker Thyra DeCicco. Thyra began her Real Estate career with Sotheby’s International Real Estate in 2002 moving on to Christies’s International Real Estate | @properties in 2005. Christie’s International represents the pinnacle of luxury, the standard for professionalism and the highest levels of service throughout the world. Thyra brings these qualities and commitment to excellence to Love.
“I opened my independent brokerage firm because I wanted to create an exceptional customer experience focused on: Expert Marketing, Accredited Staging Proficiency, Top Negotiating Skills, Personal Sales Experience and Excellence in Service to my Clients. My preference is to show homes personally whenever I can (instead of using a lockbox) and hosting Open Houses because my personal one-on-one communication with a potential buyer allows me to directly convey the unique features and benefits of the homes I represent. In Missionary Ridge specifically, I love being able to speak directly to the incredible benefits of our location and neighborhood.”
Real estate transactions are complex. Chattanooga Broker, Thyra DeCicco, will help guide you through that process using her commitment to excellence every step of the way. Contact Love Where You Live Realty today to get started.
